Wola Info partnership with IBM Tivoli Day 2009
Wola Info is about to present solutions in support of IBM Service Management strategy, during the Ist session of all-Poland conference IBM Tivoli Day 2009. The meeting is held by IBM Poland software department to present the products offered by IBM in the area of management systems based on the Tivoli group of solutions. It will gather ca 250 clients of IBM Poland and its partners.
The consultants from Wola Info will share their experience in implementation of a broad portfolio of IBM products (Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager, OMEGAMON, Netcool (Impact, Proviso, Webtop, OMNIbus), Tivoli Business Service Manager, Tivoli Network Manager, Tivoli Universal Agent, Tivoli Composite Application Manager, Total Storage Productivity Center).

One of the guests at the conference will be Noblestar Polska – a member of Wola Info Group. It will come there to present functional solutions developed on the basis of IBM Tivoli platform and Cognos 8 Business Intelligence to support the IBM Service Management strategy. The consultants of Noblestar Poland will use specific examples to present the support process for provision of IT services (Tivoli Service Request Manager ), property management (Tivoli Asset Management for IT) and IT infrastructure management (Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database).
