Public offer of shares
The Prospectus on the Public Offering of shares of Wola Info SA was accepted by the Financial Supervisory Committee, a body appointed to supervise the capital market in Poland, on Aug. 29, 2007. The e-paper version of the company’s prospectus was published under art. 45 and art. 47 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on the Public offering and the conditions applicable to introduction of financial instruments into organised trade and on public companies (Journmal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended). The prospectus forms the one and only legally binding document containing data on Wola Info S.A. and the Public Offering of Shares.
Investors should carefully read the contents of the entire Prospectus, and in particular the risk associated with investing in shares and rights to shares, covered under item titled "Risk factors", and the terms and condition of the Public Offering. Any investment decision-making regarding those securities should be preceded by an analysis of the entire Prospectus.
