Krzysztof Opawski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Opawski, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, has a degree of magister (M.Sc.) in econometrics from the Łódź University. Between 1978-1979 he was a student at the Zurich University, and in 1982 got a Doctor’s degree in Economics at the Łódź University. His past assignments include the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Śląski (1991-1994), Consultant to the Minister in the Telecommunications Ministry (1992-1993), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Próchnik S.A. (1994-1995), President of the Management Board of Henry Shroder & Co. Ltd (1996 -2000) and President of the Management Board of, Citigroup Global Markets Polska Sp. z o.o. since 1996 until 2004 (earlier: Schroder Polska Sp.z o.o. followed by Schroeder Salomon Smith Barney Polska Sp. z o.o.). Between 2000-2004 Krzysztof Opawski was first a Member of the Board of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw, and later the Chairman of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2002-2004). Since 2004 until 2005 he was the Minister of Infrastructure, and since 2006 until today – as part of Citigroup – he has been the Managing Director, and Consultant to the President of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw.
Krzysztof Borowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Borowski graduated from the Law and Administration faculty of Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, in 1994, with a degree of Magister (M.Sc.) in Law and Administration. In 1999 the District Chamber of Legal Counsels (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych) in Toruń gave him the professional authorisations of a Legal Counsel. Since 2001 until today Krzysztof Borowski is the Managing Partner in Kancelaria Radców Prawnych HOSSA Mechliński, Wojak, Borowski i Partnerzy Spółka Partnerska. Additionally, since 1994 until today he has been a Partner in Kancelaria Prawnicza Mechliński, Wojak & Partnerzy. Between 1994-1996 he was the Director of the Sales Department of P.P.H. JEDAVID in Toruń. Additionally, since October 1994 until November 1994 he was employed in the Indemnity Department of T.U.iR. Warta in Toruń. Over the last five years Krzysztof Borowski was a Member of the Board of Directors of AMG.net S.A. in Łódź (2005-2006), and today he is a member of administrative bodies of the following companies: Member of the Board of Directors of FPA Group Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (since 2002) and Member of the Board of Directors of General Services Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (since 2002).
Sławomir Paweł Kruczyk – Member of the Supervisory Board
Sławomir Kruczyk got a degree of magister inżynier (M.Sc. Eng.) in electronics, from Gdańsk Polytechnics in 1993. Moreover, Sławomir Kruczyk got a degree of magister (M.Sc.) in economics, at the Foreign Trade faculty of Gdańsk University (1994), M.Sc. – specialty: Applied Software Engineering at The Montfort University, Leicester, U.K. (1994), and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University, Chicago, USA (2006). In his professional career Sławomir Paweł Kruczyk was a Project Manager in Intercell S.A. (between 1994-1996). Since 1998 until today he has been with ConocoPhillips, as: 1996-1998 Retail Automation Coordinator (Poland-ConocoPhillips), 1998-1999 Business Analyst (Central & Eastern Europe-ConocoPhillips), 2000-2001 Manager Business Development & Optimisation (Central & Eastern Europe-Conoco Phillips), 2001-2002 Retail Merchandising Manager (Czech & Slovak Republic-ConocoPhillips), 2003-2004 Category Development Manager (Central & Eastern Europe-ConocoPhillips), 2004-2006 Retail Merchandising and Category Development Manager (Central & Eastern Europe-ConocoPhillips), 2006-2007 Convenience Retail Manager (Poland-ConocoPhillips), 2007 – today: Supply and Transportation Manager (Poland-ConocoPhilips).
Robert Supeł – Member of the Supervisory Board
Robert Supeł has graduated from Warsaw Polytechnics, with a degree of magister inżynier (M.Sc. Eng.) from the Precision Mechanical Engineering faculty, in 1992. Between 1991-1993 he was employed as a Sales Executive in Pro-Test Sp. z o.o.. Between: 1993-1995 he worked for Reuters Poland as a Sales Executive, then – as part of Reuters – took the following positions: 1995 -1996 Sales Supervisor, 1997-1999 Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and 2001 through 2002 Sales Programme Manager, Enterprise and Retail Solutions. He was also a Business Manager in Reuters Czech and Slovak Republics (2002-2005), then since 2005 until 2006 a Business Manager in Reuters Poland, 2006-2007 Reuters Poland, Czech and Slovak Republics – Business Manager. Since 2007 until today he has been the Deputy to Director of the Museum for Finance and Operations, in the Museum of the History of Polish Judaism. Over the last five years Robert Supeł was: the Member of the Management Board of Reuters Czech Republic s.r.o. (2002-2005), Member of the Management Board of Reuters Slovak Republik s.r.o. (2002-2005), Member of the Management Board of Reuters Europe S.A., Poland division (2005-2007). Additionally, Robert Supeł is a partner in Reuters plc.
Krzysztof Białowolski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Białowolski graduated from Warsaw Polytechnics in1977, when he got a grade of magister inżynier (M.Sc. Eng.) at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. His track record includes the following assignments: 1986-1988 Inter Global Sp. z o.o. – Vice-president of the Management Board, 1988-1990 Budoma S.A. – President of the Management Board, 1991 Ministry of Industry – Undersecretary of State, 1991-1993 Hortex Sp. z o.o. – President of the Management Board, 1993-1994 VikiPlast Kraska Władysław (one-man business entity) – Consultant,1995-1997 Chase Fund Management Sp. z o.o./NFI Magna Polonia S.A. – President of the Management Board, 1998-2000 Delphi Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. – Director for Marketing and Planning, 2001 – today – runs his own business consulting company. Over the last five years Krzysztof Białowolski was: President of the Management Board of FA Krosno Sp. z o.o., earlier: KW Automotive Sp. z o.o., earlier Media-Inkaso Sp. z o.o. (2001-2006), Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKP S.A. (2004-2005), Member of the Board of Directors of Euro Agro Centrum S.A.
